Itinerary: 4 Days Desert Tour from Marrakech To Fes

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains - Tizi ntichka - Ouarzazate - Dades Gorge.

You will leave your hotel or riad in Marrakesh, crossing the High Atlas (2660 meters) above sea level. then, Then we wander through the small communities and see the best known Kasbah in Morocco. also, we remain to steer the Marrakech trip to Ouarzazate and the prominent Valley of Roses and Dades Valley. an Overnight at Hotel/Riad

Day 2: Dades Gorges - Todra Gorges ( Tinghir ) - Erfoud - Merzouga Desert.

After breakfast, our trip from Marrakesh will be relaunched from Dades to the Sahara desert through the gorges of Todra, one of the most remarkable fissures near the desert. The Todra Valley is home to scenic scenery and Berber villages. Later we will be brought to Merzouga via Erfoud which is celebrated by marble fossils. Therefore, we go on to the Sahara desert.

Day 3: Discover Merzouga Desert - Nomads People

After a hearty Moroccan breakfast, we start our journey around the dunes of the Erg Chebbi desert with a 4×4. Among the many stops that await us, we will discover how and where nomadic families in the area, experience a wild oasis in the middle of nowhere, see spectacular desert landscapes, small villages and palm groves. As we reach the village of Khamelia, inhabited by people originally from Mali, we enjoy a nice concert of Gnawa music and savour delicious tea. Once we get back to the hotel, ride camels into the desert where you will enjoy the beautiful sunset, have Moroccan dinner and tea, learn how to play Berber drums under the stars & spend the night in a nomad tent.

Day 4: Merzouga Desert - Ziz Valley - Cedar forests and monkey troupes of Azrou - Fes

We wake up early in the morning after breakfast to contemplate witnessing another spectacular sight of the Moroccan desert: The magical sunrise. Return by camel or 4×4 Car. Then we continue our way to Erfoud, crossing the impressive valley of Ziz with more than 18,000 palm trees to reach Midelt, a town with large apple production. The drive leads us through a cedar forest where you can feed and photograph friendly monkeys that inhabit this place. We stop for lunch in Ifrane, better known as Moroccan Switzerland continue.
